The client is a global financial and professional services business based in the City of London. They have multiple offices throughout the UK and this particular role is sat within the compliance and competition regulation area.


Job Description


The key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to-



  • Administration behind on boarding of new clients

  • Prepare and ensure billing is completed, including time sheets

  • Background research on clients/ project case

  • Logging and accurately recording all incoming documents

  • Taking detailed minutes of meetings

  • Logging all client queries and assisting answering them where appropriate

  • Monitor and track project progress, update team and circulate all documentation

  • Assist team in preparation for new business pitches and proposals

  • Support and attend events

  • Prepare teams travel agenda

  • Have worked in a professional services environment previously

  • Have experience and knowledge of competition regulation

  • Have experience and knowledge of working in projects

  • Be degree educated

  • Be professional and well presented

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Have excellent attention to detail and organisation skills

  • Be a team player

  • Be self driven and motivated
