Team Assistant Full Time

Purpose of the Role:



  • Providing key business support and coordination to the Ardonagh Portfolio Solutions (APS) Team.

  • Ensure all business logistics, meetings, travel, administration, and general support duties are undertaken.

  • Act as a liaison point for business partners to the APS team.


Qualifications & Experience:



  • GCSE or equivalent

  • A-Levels / Higher Education preferred

  • Secretarial Qualification preferred



  • Experience working in secretarial/administrative role


IT Skills:



  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat


Person Specification:



  • Advanced communications skills

  • Highly motivated and assertive individual with ability to work in a fast-paced organisation

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Ability to organise self and others seamlessly

  • High level of discretion and a professional attitude

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships across the business
