Team Administrator Full Time

We are seeking an Administrator to join our busy Manchester Talking Therapies team.

The post holder will be required to provide an administrative function to the clinical team, in addition to answering and dealing with calls responding and resolving client queries and voicemail messages. To be successful in this role you must be well organised, have a great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and work on your own initiative.

The post holder will be required to work Monday to Friday between the service hours of 8.00 a.m. and 8.00 pm, cover until 8pm will be on a rota basis to support the delivery of therapy, during the evening at Chorlton House.

Greet Service Users at reception attending evening clinic.

Processing of all referrals into the service, ensuring that IAPT data system is updated.

An excellent telephone manner is required to answer and make telephone calls to service users, 3rdparties and other Trust services.

Appointment booking for service users as required to meet identified IAPT performance targets.

Making appointments according to clinical requirement set out by the clinicians and agreed with service users.

Identification of any issues that may pose a risk to Service Users, carers or delivery of service.
