THE COMPANY:
Our client is a global leader in the legal technology industry who are seeking a Team Coordinator to join their team in London.


THE ROLE:

• Building and maintaining a professional and warm relationship with reporters, writers and editors


• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation for international reporting teams


• Provide support to the Business Development team and the International Services Manager


• Overseeing the process of invoices and corresponding with the Finance team


• Managing an accurate job diary, liaising with external agencies to ensure sufficient coverage of resource and reviewing internal processes for best practice

THE PERSON:

• Experience working within Legal services


• Positive attitude, approachable and work well within a team


• Strong prioritising and organisational skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Confident to relate to all levels of stakeholders in the legal services
