We are looking for a confident and proactive Administrator to join our Employee Engagement Team on a part time basis , based in our Head Office in Tolworth. Our Employee Engagement team look after the Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing Strategies for Lidl GB and you will assist the team working across a wide variety of projects to make Lidl GB a great place to work.

This role is part time.

We have moved to a hybrid working model with a recommended 2 days in the office per week for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. We feel it is important that, where possible, we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible and trust our teams to determine the right environments that work most effectively for them.

What you’ll do

  • Supporting the day-to-day administration of the department
  • Managing two shared email accounts
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Supporting with contract management
  • Supporting with event management e.g. guest speakers and focus groups
  • Providing administrative support for our monthly recognition scheme
  • Entering data into the required databases and systems, ensuring this is up to date and ensuring that data protection and employment law regulations are adhered to
  • Ensuring resources for colleagues are updated regularly on internal channels

What you’ll need

  • Excellent administration experience
  • Good communicational skills
  • A strong multi-tasker with good organizational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Uncompromising attention to detail
  • Able to use their own initiative
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A good team player with the ability to also work independently
  • Previous experience in an HR environment and a passion for employee engagement would be beneficial
