Client Account Manager x3 – Fluent Turkish – Global Gaming

£45,000

City (rota basis, including weekend)

Our client is a global gaming company based in the City looking for three people to join their expanding team to be the first point of contact for a small portfolio of VIP members to understand the members needs and requirements. You will have experience working in the gaming industry in a customer/client-focused role, responsible for building relationships with the VIP members whilst delivering first-class service.


THE ROLE:


  • Monitor and analyse the VIP database daily and take appropriate actions to ensure maximum value through their life cycle. Constantly reactivate players by waiting for the right time to get in touch.

  • Build, manage, and retain a detailed customer portfolio by developing relationships with those customers through enhanced service and proactive correspondence. Then provide that personalised VIP service based on the customer’s portfolio.

  • Monitor individual customer performance to ensure that bonuses, gifts, and hospitality invitations are offered under business requirements.

  • Work alongside Marketing and Event agencies to plan and execute events; entertain and arrange events for customers at various local and global events.

  • The Account Manager will be responsible for encouraging and developing relationships and serves as a trusted consultant to our most financially invested players in his / her VIP base.

  • Work closely and collaboratively with other account managers to drive revenue growth with the VIP base.



THE PERSON


  • Ability to self-manage and multi-task

  • Experience working in a gaming background in a customer-focused role

  • Excellent listening skills

  • Fluent in Turkish and English

  • Strong problem-solving skills
