THE ROLE:
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join them in their offices in central Manchester. You will have a strong track record working for law firms, supporting senior management in all aspects of team administration; you can expect your role to include:
- PA level type support including booking travel, arranging client meetings, assisting with recruitment processes;
- Credit control and assisting with client billing;
- Client on-boarding / Anti-Money Laundering and assisting with risk management;
- File closing / archiving;
- Marketing support – managing client databases, monitoring the firm’s social media channels, arranging client and Team events; and
- Managing office supplies/inventory and dealing with suppliers.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from candidates with at least 12 months experience working a law firm in a similar role. You will have strong IT and communication skills, with excellent administrative ability, as well as being well organised, happy working within a wider team.
