Due to growth and branch expansion, we are recruiting for a Systems Administrator - 1st Line to support across our Manchester offices.
Providing 1st line support and to be the first point of contact for all IT related requests via the helpdesk. You will ensure all requests are logged, prioritised and assigned to the appropriate team member capturing all information accurately.
What the role looks like:
- Daily use of the IT ticketing system to manage 1st line support tasks
- Day to day housekeeping of all systems within the business
- General hardware maintenance
- Onboarding and Offboarding Staff
- Assist in the roll out and effective implementation of IT policy and procedure
- Maintain a professional, tidy work environment
You'll be great if:

To be considered you need:
- Experience of working within a helpdesk/IT support role
- General IT background
- Strong ability to work to policy and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Support remote offices outside local time zone and outside core working hours
- Experience of supporting remote staff
- Microsoft Office Suite 365
- Windows 10 / Windows 11
- A basic understanding of networking e.g. patch panels and switches
- Laptop Deployments using MDT/ Microsoft Auto Pilot
- Understanding of printers / scanning
- Good knowledge of iOS and mobile phone support
