This team ensures the seamless functioning of our university, maintaining cleanliness, providing nourishment, promoting fitness, and ensuring uninterrupted wifi—all within a supportive and approachable culture.




About the Position:


Joining our Facilities Team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering leading front-of-service in the sector. As a dedicated and customer-focused professional, you will serve as the go-to point for customer service, also acting as the single point of contact for any issues related to the building and its services.




Candidate Requirements:


The ideal candidate should embody the right attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality when needed. Experience in the public sector is preferred, though a demonstration of transferable skills and experience from another sector will also be considered.




Duration:


The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 13:30 to 19:00, totaling 27.5 hours per week, year-round.
