We are working on a Senior Company Secretarial role within an FCA regulated industry, looking for an experienced and qualified individual to join their growing team.
The role will cover areas of board governance, regulatory governance and entity management, offering a breadth of exposure within a tightly-knit team. Due to strong performance and expansion, the team is looking to grow in size and adding a key individual at the mid to senior level.
Ideal candidates will have previous regulated experience either gained in a funds or pension background.
CGI qualified or equivalent strongly preferred.
