Job Description



  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Social Investment team

  • Maintain and update databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Prepare and distribute relevant reports and documents

  • Facilitate and coordinate team meetings and events

  • Liaise with stakeholders across the organisation

  • Handle incoming queries and correspondences professionally

  • Manage and organise the team's workload to meet set deadlines

  • Support the team in any other administrative tasks as needed


The Successful Applicant


To be successful in the role you will have:



  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

  • A proactive and flexible approach to work

  • A background in secretarial or business support roles
