Are you an experienced IT Infrastructure and Network Engineer?, we currently have a position available working from our Warrington HQ To assist with business as usual, 2nd & 3rd line IT support with the occasional IT Project support

As an IT Infrastructure and Network Engineer you will:



  • Configure, optimise, monitor, run and maintain core infrastructure services within Azure

  • Identify, plan and deliver BAU infrastructure maintenance activities and upgrades

  • Provide technical support to both change and delivery teams to ensure appropriate support for new services is given and transitioned into production correctly

  • Provide technical input into operational activities and projects

  • Support and maintain infrastructure security services, assisting with internal and external audit

  • Design, implement and support Azure based services

  • Help to implement a “infrastructure as code” strategy to ensure the Team implement IT services consistently

  • Produce / Maintain documentation for procedures, policies or processes (User Guides etc.) as required for Service Desk and own role.

  • Mentor, assist and provide training to colleagues where required

  • Understanding of TCP/IP-based network and routing protocols (e.g. OSPF, BGP etc.)

  • Keen interest to develop themselves in Azure based IaaS, PaaS, SaaS services
