As a Lead System Analyst, you will identify IT and System requirements based on the interpretation of Business Requirements to ensure the delivery of stable and supportable solutions, adding customer value, whilst adhering to the Bank’s values, ethics, governance and risk framework.



To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:



  • Be responsible for the definition and agreement of all functional and non-functional system requirements relating to technology solutions



  • Lead other Systems Analysts on a medium to large project/programme or on several concurrent small projects



  • Facilitate workshops to elicit system requirements from stakeholders and solution options from designers and developers



  • Capture and document all related systems integration and data mapping requirements



  • Ensure the documented technical requirements support the design, development, testing, implementation and supportability of systems.



To apply for this System Analyst role, you will ideally have a Systems Analysis qualification. You will also require the following:



  • Experience working within an IT function, with knowledge of Application development and infrastructure delivery



  • Skills with use case development, data mapping, sequence diagrams and activity diagrams



  • Extensive experience in workshop facilitation and managing risks



  • Experience leading systems analysis on medium to large projects and supporting other Systems Analysts.



  • Knowledge of API’s
