Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a renowned higher education institution based in East London. They are recruiting for an experienced contracts administrator to join their Global Experiences team on an initial 4 week basis.


Duties:



  • Provide general administration assistance ranging from producing detailed reports, shared mailbox and meeting coordination.

  • Review academic partnership contracts to interpret and collate data

  • Produce detailed reports and tables based on the individual contract clauses and how they impact the partnerships and organisation.

  • Helping to manage diaries, minute taking and dealing with internal and external queries.

  • Ensure an effective service delivery by developing relationships with colleagues across business.


Experience:



  • Strong administration experience is vital.

  • Experience of reviewing contracts and legal documents.

  • Comfortable producing detailed documents including reports and tables as well as general MS Office knowledge.
