About the Role:




Ferrero is presently seeking an HR Administrator to join our team at the head office in Greenford, London. This role, as a part of the HR Shared Services team, focusing on delivering high-quality and effective HR services and advice throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include actively participating in and managing day-to-day operations and transactional services. As HR Administrator you are accountable for the efficient execution of payroll and HR administration services in the UK&I, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Group policies.






Main Responsibilities:




As the HR Administrator, you will collaborate with the Payroll team to update monthly changes onto SAP by the payroll deadline. You will be responsible for recording and communicating sick notes, overseeing internal and external audits, ensuring timely HR Administration throughout the employee lifecycle, and handling day-to-day HR queries. Additionally, you will monitor the probation process, administer long service awards, and respond to employee queries within SLA guidelines. POLICY AND PROCESS You will contribute to policy definition, remunerative plans, and benefit management. Your responsibilities also include defining standard contract terms, analysing new contracts in compliance with policies and legal constraints, and ensuring HR Shared Services processes align with legal guidelines. HR COST CONTROLLING Your responsibilities in this area include processing HR Shared Services invoicing, ensuring timely invoice processing, and supporting new supplier setup. You will also provide support in preparing and maintaining the HR budget file. SAP HR DATA MANAGEMENT As part of your role, you will collect and manage data on SAP HR for various components, such as Cost Centre (CDC), Payroll, type of contract, hiring information, and employee master data. DATA QUALITY AND REPORTING As the HR Administrator, you will conduct regular audits in SAP and integrated systems, monitor assigned dashboards, ensure data privacy policy adherence, and prepare reports as requested by HR and stakeholders – ensuring data integrity. Additionally, you will support audit requests for data and recommend improvements to reporting platforms.
