What you'll do


To support the Online Trading Managers across D2C and Marketplaces to deliver growth across our International business through world class campaign and promotional execution, data analysis and competitive intelligence with the support of our offshore trading function in India.


Direct to Consumer (D2C):



  • Support our Online Trading Managers with trading of markets, with a focus on driving performance in key markets.

  • Brief sitewide promotions and initiatives and follow through to completion with offshore and campaigns team.

  • Maintain site performance standards and reporting across all operating models, regions and business units.

  • Review trading performance across all markets and highlight opportunities to Trading Managers.

  • Adhoc analysis and deep dives on weekly/monthly trade and BU performance.

  • Set-up and management of weekly and monthly trade packs

  • Coordinate agreed changes to shipping propositions, prices, range and demand with relevant teams.

  • Assist with analysis of key events and promotions and overall performance.

  • Regular site walks / checks of D2C sites and flagging up issues.

  • Drive improvements in Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction through customer feedback.


Marketplaces:



  • Support the Marketplace Manager with weekly reporting, compiling data from different sources.

  • Ensure products are live and presented correctly across all Marketplaces, working with Operations team to correct any issues.

  • Support seasonal retagging process for Marketplace partners.

  • Support actioning of promotions and markdown on Marketplace sites.


Who you are



  • Previous experience in an ecommerce role.

  • Prioritisation, managing to deadlines and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of international e-commerce practices.

  • Experience manipulating, analysing and reporting information, ideally with experience of web analytics.

  • Competitor and commercial awareness.

  • Experience of working with 3rd parties and with stakeholders across an organisation.

  • Background in working with offshore operations desirable.

  • Experience of using Salesforce commerce cloud is desirable.
