Team Administrator - Legal Full Time

at Tate London in London (Published at 04-12-2023)


A modern law firm based in the city of London is seeking a Team Administrator, paying up to £27,000 to join one of their biggest and fastest growing teams.


The ideal candidate will be available immediately and will be looking to kick-start their legal administration career within a reputable and well-known firm.


Duties will include the following:



  • General administrative support for the department and office. For example; photocopying, couriers, post and archiving files

  • Booking meeting rooms for internal and external client meetings

  • Assisting with set up and catering requirements for client seminars and in-house training/ events

  • Providing billing assistance where requested including invoicing and expenses

  • Prepare travel itineraries and book transport and accommodation as required

  • To provide cover and support to the other secretaries within the team as and when requested

  • Collating and producing legal documentation

  • Opening new case files for fee earners

  • Liaising with clients via phone and email


The ideal candidate will be interested in supporting a team and has a willing nature. Ideally you will have some experience in an office-based environment, but a genuine interest in pursuing a career within the law industry is a must. You will be self-motivated as well as passionate about upskilling and career development.
