Litigation Fee Earner / Solicitor – Bolton

Niche caseload

A successful and expanding legal practice based in Bolton are keen to appoint a skilled Litigation Solicitor or Senior Paralegal to join their growing and fast paced RTA & credit hire team in Bolton. The firm offer some interesting and niche work including high value claims. The work will consist of mainly fast track and multi track litigated credit hire files with a small number of small claims credit hire files.

You will benefit from legal secretarial and administrative support daily. The firm operate on a hybrid basis after successful completion of your probation period with a 60 / 40 split of office and home working.


The ideal candidate:
Paralegal / Executive with at least 2 years experience of managing cases from inception to stage 3 proceedings
Credit Hire experience is essential
