Helpdesk Analyst Full Time

A well-established financial services firm is looking for a personable and driven Helpdesk Analyst to join its expanding team based in Mayfair. This company embrace flexibility and the chosen candidate will be able to work on a hybrid basis following an initial training period.

As the IT Support Analyst, you will act as the first point of contact for all technical issues. You will work as an integral part of a team of engineers to deliver a centralised 1st/2nd support service for all system issues and be responsible for providing frontline support to both users and employees across the business. This role involves taking incoming calls, managing requests, resolving or escalating incidents when necessary and therefore excellent communication skills are a key requirement.

In order to be suitable for this position you will ideally possess a relevant IT qualification and have some proven technical experience assisting Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Azure and Active Directory. You will have some troubleshooting knowledge with regards to both hardware and software and have the practical ability to take ownership of technical incidents.
