1st Line Desktop Support – On site 5 days a week
We are currently looking for an enthauiastic individual with a “can do” atiitude to join our client for a 6 month contract – INSIDE IR35.
The role is ideal for someone with a few years experience of 1st Line support and is looking to gain some further experience at a Tier 1 commercial company.
Experience
1st line desktop support
Configure and build laptops
deal with level 1 support issues / tickets
The most important aspect of this role is to have high quality customer service experience and have previous customer facing experience
