Role Info As an Office Assistant at Campfire, you will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring a positive and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at handling a variety of tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking and contributing to the overall success of a vibrant team.


Responsibilities:



Travel Arrangements: Assist with travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.


Assisting the onboarding of new staff - training new team members on systems such as Slack, Asana and Bright HR.


Organising company Events


Ordering stationery and IT equipment


Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems


Ordering catering and snacks weekly



Ownership of Campfire Health and Safety (inc Fire Safety


Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services



Meeting and Greeting visitors where appropriate



First Aider responsibilities




Fire Marshall responsibilities




Managing quarterly social budgets with teams, assisting coordination of events.




Ensuring company org charts and staff photos are up to date.





Qualifications:



GCSE’s Additional administrative or office management training is a plus.



Proven experience in an administrative or organisational role.




Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail is crucial.



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment.



Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
