2nd Line Service Desk Analyst Full Time

Our IT team here at DWF are in an exciting time of development and innovation and are looking for a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join them on the next stage of the journey. The role will be based from our Manchester office with the opportunity to also work from home.

You will be providing provision of second line escalation for all IT support queries working alongside the 1st line support team. DWF are a rapidly growing team with over 3000 users to maintain and monitor their IT systems including remote working. It is essential that you have a full understanding or technical issues and are able to provide resolution to technical issues in a prompt and profession manner.
