Job Description
Role We are currently looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our team of associates in the Sense Spa at Rosewood London. Our Spa Receptionists are entrusted to create memorable experience for our guests’ by as they are the first and last point of contact at the Spa. This role offers a schedule of approximately 40 hours spread over 5 working days on a weekly rotating basis.
Key expectations of this role are
- Providing a seamless service by taking ownership of the spa journey of your guests.
- Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner in accordance with Rosewood standards.
- Being aware and comply with Health and Safety within the Spa upholding these to both guests and associates.
- Having thorough knowledge of all treatments and benefits offered by the Spa.
- Upselling further services and promoting retail products.
