Employee Relations Administrator Full Time

We are looking for an Employee Relations Administrator to provide a comprehensive, proactive and timely administration support service to the Director of Employee Relations and team of Employee Relations Managers.


Duties and responsibilities



  • Collate and produce administration packs for cases - investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and employment tribunals.

  • Organise meetings in relation to case management - e.g. booking rooms, ensuring that all attendees have the meeting details, sending out invitations, sending out administration packs.

  • Ensure that all documentation is stored and filed in line with policies.

  • Advise on procedures and case process as required

  • Support the administration aspects of casework management and support at meetings as appropriate including note taking.

  • Collate and analyse key data and present reports in a user-friendly and professional manner.

  • Assist with the management of the team's budget and processing invoices.

  • Act as first point of contact for dealing with general HR Strategy and Planning queries.

  • Arrange training, travel and catering for the team and support the Employee Relations Director as required.

  • Carry out any other duties commensurate with the grade and purpose of the post.
