3S Money is looking for a Junior HR Administrator to join our growing people team. The role will be based in London, where most of the work will be centred. However, this person will occasionally need to support our other locations in The Netherlands, Latvia, Luxembourg & and UAE.


This is a junior-level role, reporting to the People Partner at 3S Money. The role will be to provide assistance and administrative support to the people team. This person will respond to all people-related requests to ensure our employees have everything they need to feel supported while at work.

Whilst no one day is the same here, you can expect a typical day to include any or all of the following:


  • Managing and upkeep of employee files

  • Managing and updating our HRIS, we use HiBob!

  • Completing new employee Right to work checks.

  • Drafting employee letters

  • Scheduling review and probation meetings in a timely manner.

  • Managing employee background checks

  • Pulling reports for the People team and the wider business

  • Supporting with review sessions and supporting documentation

  • Assisting with engagement surveys

  • Supporting with employee onboarding, ensuring all new joiners feel welcome and supported.

  • Booking in and scheduling probation reviews




This is a junior-level position and is ideally suited to an individual who has been working in a supportive HR capacity before. We’re looking for a thoughtful, proactive, and driven individual with a meticulous eye for detail.

About you, you have


  • Meticulous eye for detail: you’ll be working with us to draft employee files and letters, so triple-checking is a must!

  • Proactive and responsive you’re quick off the mark and respond to employee requests quickly, escalating where needed.

  • Thoughtful and empathetic – you understand how important it is to be supportive to all our team members and work continuously to provide it.

  • Knowledgeable with UK employment law – You don’t need to be an expert, but a degree of exposure to how this relates to policy would be great!

  • CIPD level 3 – Or an interest in exploring this qualification.
