Join our team and be part of a company that truly lives its values. With our expertise and commitment to innovation, we aim to build trust and make health and wellness accessible to all. By fostering inclusivity and care, we work collaboratively to improve the well-being of our colleagues, customers, and communities.

The Role

As the H&B&Me Administrator at Holland and Barrett, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of H&B&Me services by managing service providers, collaborating with in-store colleagues, and the customer care team. This 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) role focuses on the day-to-day administration, guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience across various service providers and within the company.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Proactively manage service partners to ensure high service standards, from order dispatch to appointment bookings, sample processing, and more. Collaborate closely with the customer care team to manage inquiries, identify support areas, and communicate service changes effectively.

  • Assist in the rollout of new tests and enhancements, collaborating with operations and product teams to enhance the H&B&Me services.

  • Identify and bridge any information gaps such as FAQs to assist customers and the customer care team effectively.

  • Ensure seamless interactions between the Wellness Hub teams, store colleagues, and online services, enhancing the online-to-in-store experience.

  • Deliver regular reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, maintaining the flow of essential information.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the H&B&Me team to facilitate operational efficiency.

Location:

Flexible – the H&B&Me team is based all over the country and use the London office as a base for meetings each week. There will also be a need to attend supplier locations for face-to-face meetings. As the service is delivered omni-channel there will also be travel to stores. As the service is digital, there may be the occasional need for out-of-hours working to support the delivery of services. We're a global digitally enabled business and we expect our colleagues to be self-driven and to determine the most appropriate place to work each day to meet the requirements of the role and achieve their best performance and optimum output.

The Person

  • Prior experience in an administrative role is essential, ideally within consumer-facing healthcare services.

  • Alternatively, hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end digital services involving the management of third parties.

  • Proficiency in managing escalated customer care queries.
