Medicines Management Administrator Full Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, administrator to provide support to the newly integrated Medicines Management Team in Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust.

It is an exciting time to join our team at Mersey Care. The Executive Team recognise and fully support the value of medicines management services and have provided a significant amount of additional funding to enable the transformation and expansion of our service.

We have recently completed an Organisational Change process; the service has been restructured to support a new enhanced model and is working under a newly established senior management team which is fully committed to delivering outstanding pharmacy services and investment into the professional development of the pharmacy workforce.

The new model has created a significant number of innovative and development roles which will enable us to improve the use of our resources and further develop high quality care.

This role will be within the Governance portfolio working with the Deputy Chief Pharmacist (Governance) and her team and will involve line management of Band 3 admin assistant

To provide a comprehensive and high quality secretarial/administrative support undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks, including personal responsibility for a number of delegated tasks, and providing cover and support alongside other secretarial support staff within the staff within the service.
