Merton Council is an ambitious and award-winning Local Authority. The Corporate Business Systems Team is recruiting Senior IT Analyst to develop, support and maintain business applications developed on leading edge Microsoft technologies like Azure, CRM dynamics, PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint and Office 365, etc.


We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with relevant skills, experience, and energy to support our existing systems and users across departments, whilst also involved in exciting change and major system improvement projects/programmes.


You will be self-starter, customer focused professional with solid experience of working in IT systems support role within large, complex business service . In this role, you’ll focus on the development of a key product with complex functionality involving APIs, cloud, and database technologies, across the full SDLC, working with varying stakeholders and colleagues in an agile, azure environment. The ideal candidate should be educated to degree level in IT or equivalent experience with following skills



  • Excellent knowledge of Power Platform : Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi, and PowerShell

  • Web Technologies: Office 365 (SharePoint)

  • CRM Dynamics

  • API integrations

  • Database: SQL Server

  • Language: .Net

  • Other Tools: DevOps, JIRA

  • Analytical-minded and good at design thinking.
