The Governors seek to appoint an Administration Officer to start as soon as possible.

Under the direction of senior colleagues, the post holder will provide an efficient, responsive and high quality administrative support to the school.

They will be responsible for the management and maintenance of ParentPay, Dinner Money module and school meals administration.

They will work collaboratively with all staff and parents in order to support pupil well being and to promote the five outcomes of Every Child Matters.




About the Candidate





The successful candidate will have:



  • Experience of working in a busy, demanding and diverse administrative environment

  • Excellent personal, administrative and organisational skills

  • High standards of literacy, numeracy and ICT skills

  • The ability to plan and prioritise own workload, meeting set deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills

  • The ability to maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times
