  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Security)

  • Windows Server (DNS, Active Directory, File & Print, and Patch Management)

  • Virtualization (VMWare, HyperV, and Azure)

  • Backups (Veeam and Acronis)


You'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and transition of projects in to the support team and live client environments.


Here's what we're looking for from you:



  • Proven experience in a senior support role

  • Ability to work across technologies which include; Windows Server, Cloud (Azure, AWS & O365), Active Directory, Virtualisation, Exchange, and IT security & networking

  • Expertise in troubleshooting complex issues with a root-cause analysis mindset and acting as an escalation point for the team

  • Helping to create technical documentation

  • On-Site client visits and out of hours working may be required
