IT Support Analyst & Systems Installation Engineer

Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm, 5 days
Salary: £ 25,000 - £28,000
An opportunity has risen for a dedicated and proactive individual to work within our small team as a Technical IT Engineer. You must be an IT professional capable of providing first class support. You will be adaptable to new and emerging technologies to further enhance our product and services portfolio. In this role you will be responsible for providing support to our customer base and be enthusiastic , organised and excellent time keeping.
You will provide server, desktop, network hardware & software support. You will ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner and that excellent service is delivered at all times.
You will ensure our strong reputation is maintained and present a friendly, knowledgeable attitude making sure you leave customers satisfied, reassured and with working systems.
To be considered for this role, you MUST have knowledge & experience of the following:
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2020
- Windows Operating Systems
- Windows Desktop Applications
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory administration
- Configuration of hardware & software
- General networking support (LAN, WAN, VPN)
- Must have a full and clean driving license with own vehicle
Attributes required:
- Working knowledge across all the IT disciplines including hardware, software and connectivity, including structured data cabling/networking.
- Excellent problem solving skills, organisational, communication and technical skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Self-managed and a self-starter with a positive attitude, with an ability to work flexible hours.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence with NO disqualifications (Required)
- Work Authorisation - United Kingdom (Required)
- Willingness to travel (Required)
- Weekend availability (Occasional)
- Overtime (Required)
