Team Administrator - 6 month FTC Full Time

at Buzzacott London in London (Published at 19-10-2023)


Our internal HR team of 14 are a key division of our Professional Support team. The HR team provides varied HR support to the firm across the entire employee lifecycle including, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, retention and separation.


As a Team Administrator you will provide flexible, general administrative support to the HR team.


Key aspects of the role include:



  • Provide PA support to the HR Partner.

  • Organise the HR team diary, including scheduling meetings, social events, ordering lunches etc.

  • Take ownership of the HR team meetings, booking the meetings, preparing the agenda, and circulating action points.

  • Draft announcements for the firm’s Intranet and maintain the HR Hub.

  • Process HR team expenses.

  • Assist with reports and data requests as required.

  • Assist with the review of the annual compliance forms and follow up any outstanding points.

  • Assist with the co-ordination of the Performance Review process as required.

  • Assist with organising Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Wellbeing events.

  • Schedule Staff Forum meetings and take notes.

  • Schedule Values/All in Rewards meetings and provide administrative support to the committee.

  • Schedule the Trainee Forum meetings and take notes.


You are the right person for the role if you have:



  • Strong administration skills and experience of working in an administrative role.

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Team player; organised; works well under pressure; proactive; quick learner; flexible.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage own workload.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with people across different levels.

  • MS Office Suite (advanced Outlook, Word and Excel essential).

  • Able to communicate succinctly, both verbally and in writing.

  • Proactive with the ability to work on own initiative, but also as part of a team.
