Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

This role will oversee and ensure accurate setup and maintenance of product and supplier data across Superdrug, Savers & AS Watson Group businesses in Oracle and ERP System (Retek) where applicable to area of specialisation.

The role will be required to work closely with other functions (i.e. Commercial, IT, Supply Chain, Property and Procurement functions) to promote and ensure data accuracy and integrity and adherence to A.S. Watson Group defined data management processes.


Key Responsibilities
Maintenance of the data integrity for products sold through stores as well as online.
Manage supplier creation and profile updates in system.
Ensuring all changes are appropriately authorised and documented in line with internal requirements and processes
Verification of supplier’s bank details.
Prepare and validate data for mass-update.
Effective identification of master data issues - recommends solutions to address the issues.
Keep strong communication and working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Work within agreed Service Level Agreements with other business functions.



What you’ll need to succeed

Experience as a Data Administrator or similar role preferred, with a track record of utilizing Excel extensively for data maintenance.
Be a quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings and propositions in layman terms.
Ability to work under pressure and at pace with an engaging approach to drive the team towards success.
Strong sense of customer focus, with an approachable attitude to represent the service goals of the team.
Hand-on/can-do attitude, enthusiastic team player.



Experience

Knowledge and experience in master data processes undertaken by centralised finance functions/ Shared Service Centres in multi-site retail businesses.
Experience with large ERP systems highly advantageous.
Experience in leading a small team and managing performance a plus.
Knowledge and experience of key office system tools – Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Sharepoint.
