About the role


We are looking for an experienced Programme Administrator to support all aspects of the UCL MBA with Peking University programme, including liaison with our partner institution in China. The role will include management for all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of students from enquiry to completion, incorporating organisation of committees and processes relating to assessment, student and course records. The role will specialise in administering the joint MBA with Peking University (PKU), ensuring effective procedures are documented and adopted for dealing with all aspects including enquiries, applications, marketing, engagement of external contacts, assessments, student support and events. The post will lead in achieving a high quality and timely service to current and prospective students, alumni and staff relating to the designated courses/programmes and beyond. This a fixed term post with an expected start date of November 2023 until 30th September 2024.


About you


The role holder must be efficient, organised and take great care in attention to detail. The post calls for good interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of people, including the ability to relate to staff and students in a teaching and learning context. Post holder will be able to cope with intermittent heavy workloads and to prioritise tasks, to cope calmly with frequent interruptions that inevitably arise at certain periods and the capability to work flexibly as part of a busy team in a university environment.
