IT Trainer / Learning / Development
KEY SKILLS:
- Previous background in IT Training
- Proven experience in developing and delivering large training programmes
- Prepare and develop a range of resources to support learning, including blended learning
THE ROLE: The IT Trainer will lead the full technical training cycle focusing on a major transformation software platform implementation programmes currently in-flight and planned over the next 3-5yrs. Your responsibilities will include working with 3rd Party vendors and external software development companies to learn their applications to identify training needs, developing educational / training material to ensure user knowledge of software applications is at the required level.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong IT Training background where you have delivered large training programmes using a wide range of learning methods. You will have experience delivering training in various methods including mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc, and have excellent stakeholder engagement / management, have a flexible / adaptable approach to delivering training. Any Training experience gained within the insurance sector would highly advantageous.
