Job Description



We’re setting out on a new journey to up-skill our Finance teams to be as good as they can be - join us on the journey-to-incredible!



This role would really suit someone who’s a strong administrator and interested in learning more about the different functions of finance with the aim of development our teams. The role will support a drive on upskilling, DE&I and wellbeing.



The finance capability administrator will help keep our communications up-to-date, ensure our training material is uploaded and assigned correctly and generally support our people plans for finance.



The role can be based
hybrid-based across Europe out of the respective office. There is flexibility but would be required to spend time in the office to integrate with the local team.

Key responsibilities


  • Develop EU finance skill and capability, through supporting the ongoing development and administration of the finance capability framework.

  • Overseeing the support and administration of key finance people pillar programs.

  • Administration and ongoing development of the finance SharePoint site.

  • Administration of finance training and Academy.

  • Recording and publication of bespoke finance training.

  • Well organised and detailed-oriented – you’ll be supporting multiple projects with similar deadlines

  • Work with competing priorities across multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to collaborate effectively, with internal teams

  • Customer focus.
