Office Administrator Full Time

Established company in Cheadle is looking for a full time office administrator to join their friendly team. They are looking to welcome their ideal candidate as soon as possible.

Salary: £26,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have proven administration experience within a similar role or relative qualifications and will be motivated and willing to learn. Preferably driver with own car.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strong communications with internal and external customers

  • Liaising with all departments to ensure any company needs are met

  • Inputting data into SAGE Cloud 50

  • Dealing with the office mail/organising couriers

  • Basic data entry and coordinating appointments

  • Assisting with the filing of documents

  • Covering office management in other branches when specifically required to

  • Providing basic IT and administration support to the team

Skills to have:

  • Organisation and time management skills

  • Capable of working unsupervised

  • Strong written and verbal skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word
