Banking & Admin Support Clerk

£23,000pa- £25,000pa

Manchester City Centre

A large property company based in Manchester City Centre are recruiting for a Banking & Admin Support Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis. Working within a fast paced and friendly team, this business value the motivation of their people, wellbeing, and teamwork.


Key Responsibilities


  • Managing the processing & allocation of tenant receipts

  • Manually process tenant receipts, allocate to clear arrears

  • Investigate unidentified items, working with internal and external customers to resolve

  • Account reconciliation

  • Attending internal meetings

  • Identifying and arranging transferring of funds to internal and external bank accounts

  • Work towards KPI's

  • Help to implement improvements within the department, including identifying ways to improve

  • Other administration duties as required



The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and experience:


  • Some previous experience within cash allocation would be highly advantageous, or finance administration experience

  • Strong administration experience

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Decisive

  • Confident with a positive personality
