Talent Acquisition Partner - Core Functions (ex-IT) Full Time

Within Talent Acquisition at Millennium, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the business to attract and select the best talent for one of the worlds most respected & successful multi-strategy Hedge Funds. Your in depth knowledge of recruiting across Corporate Functions/Core Infrastructure and your ability to distinguish between good and great talent will enable you to help hire top candidates who will thrive at Millennium. Your relationship management and influencing skills will make you a credible partner to the business, providing valuable insights and market trends.




Principal Responsibilities


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals

  • Source, engage diverse candidates through strategic, creative and innovative sourcing approaches leveraging multiple channels & advising stakeholders on best route to market

  • Develop an effective and compelling presentation to sell Millennium to prospective candidates; build and manage candidates through to the closing and offer stage

  • Evaluate candidates to identify the best talent

  • Proactively incorporate the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy into recruiting processes

  • Bring new ideas when it comes to improving processes & positioning Millennium as an employer of choice in a competitive market

  • Work with headhunting firms/agencies to help secure top talent




Qualifications/Skills Required


  • Substantial experience in recruiting across a variety of roles in Financial Services, namely at least one of: Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations/Middle Office, Legal, Execution Services & CSRE.

  • Understanding of how Millennium are positioned in the market will be advantageous & knowledge of financial markets beneficial, but not essential

  • Ability to work in high volume, high touch environment; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly and provide flexibility where required

  • Client focused, service oriented, relationship builder

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral as well as excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders in an articulate, concise manner

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching as a minimum, other innovative sourcing tools advantageous

  • Knowledge of recruiting across the EMEA region advantageous
