at Ashdown Group London in London (Published at 04-10-2023)

Due to continued growth and demand, my client has a newly created requirement for an experienced customer focused IT Consultant. This role will be based out of Guildford and is paying up to
£50,000 + £4500 car allowance & further benefits.

My client is a Microsoft Gold Partner MSP with an impressive number of SME customers in the Greater London, Surrey, Hampshire, Kent & Sussex areas.

To be considered for this position you will have a strong background in 3rd line support as well as experience with install, rollout &/or migration projects.

As an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer you will be highly competent with a Microsoft stack consisting of:

  • Azure & Windows Server

  • Active Directory / Azure AD

  • Office 365 - Exchange Online & SharePoint Online

Further required skills include
VMWare, HyperV, antivirus, firewalls, backup solutions, and network switches & routers.

Working for an MSP as an IT Consultant you will be providing 3rd line BAU infrastructure support to a wide variety of SME customers. In addition to your BAU work you will also be responsible for various implementation & migration projects – predominantly on-prem to cloud migrations – so a good experience in managing your own projects will be important.

This role is paying £50,000 + £4500 car allowance, formal MS training & official certifications, discounted private tech purchases pension, healthcare, dental, life assurance, childcare vouchers, and Cycle to Work scheme. Although the company is based in the Guildford area, when you are not at customer sites you will be able to work from home if desired.

If you are a confident and outgoing Senior IT Systems Engineer who enjoys being customer facing and you are looking for a new challenge, please send me your CV immediately.
