2nd Line IT Support Engineer – MSP – SW19- £35 – 40K Full onsite Position My client a well-established Managed service provider are searching the market for a well-rounded IT engineer to be able to provide pristine services to clients and maintain company ticket systems, you will play a key role in providing onsite support to clients throughout London. This role also involves strong experience within the MSP industry so if you have not worked in this environment then you do not have the suited skills for the position. Microsoft Azure or office 365 Certification Required

They are looking for someone who has the following: Experience troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills and drive to learn
The ability to schedule and manage tasks efficiently
A passion and interest in IT
A team player with the ability to work alone where necessary, and a keen learner.
