IT Service Desk Support Full Time

IT Service Desk Analyst - First Line Support - London City - International Law Firm Salary - 28/34k depending on Experience + on call allowance (£350 1 in 7 weeks for 4.00pm to midnight shift Mon – Fri from home and for being on-call that weekend + £30 per ticket at the weekend).


Working pattern: 7 hours per day to commence not earlier than 8.00am and finish no later than 6.00pm. 4.00pm - 12 midnight + weekend on-call shift 1 week in 7. (work from home) Hybrid working 50%: Week in the office + week WFH Experience from Microsoft environment required



  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with demonstrable general knowledge of hardware, such as laptops, and mobiles.

  • A minimum of six months' IT help desk support experience within a professional services – ideally legal - organisation, although will consider banking, Insurance or an MSP..

  • Experience of core Microsoft Office 2016 products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • General understanding of legal software advantageous.

  • Audio/Video conference knowledge desirable.

  • ITIL Foundation qualification desirable.
