Operations Administrative Assistant Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a team of individuals who work as a team to provide comprehensive and proactive administrative support for employees within our School. You will be a key point of contact, supporting the Deputy School Operations Manager (DSOM) and the Operations Senior Administrator (OSA), ensuring any queries, issues and concerns are dealt with efficiently and effectively. You will have key skills including administrative experience of working in a process driven team environment. We operate in a hybrid working environment which will require you to demonstrate an ability to be flexible as well as excellent customer service and team building skills.


You will be based in the School of Medical Sciences but will be assigned to the Division of Cardiovascular Sciences in the Core Technology Facility (CTF) Building. You may be required to support other areas across the business.
