A rare senior opportunity in one of Eastbourne's most ambitious private practices.
We're growing fast, award-winning, and fully digital and we're looking for one person to lead our nursing team and coordinate the patient treatment journey from first consultation to completed smile.

The role:
- Lead and develop the nursing team
- Run treatment-coordination consultations and guide patients through options, fees and finance
- Own enquiry and treatment-plan follow-up
- Coordinate complex treatments — implants, aligners, smile transformations
- Support diary efficiency and practice growth goals
You are:
- A qualified dental nurse with current GDC registration
- Experienced in private dentistry
- Confident, commercially minded, and a natural leader
- Comfortable discussing treatment fees and finance options
- Organised, dependable, and ambitious
