We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in various full-time Early Years positions. These roles are vital in creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for young children to learn, grow, and thrive. Whether you are experienced in childcare or eager to develop your skills in early childhood education, these positions offer a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on children’s lives. All roles are designed to support your professional development within a dynamic and supportive setting.
Duties
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development
- Support the implementation of early childhood education programs aligned with best practices and curriculum standards
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure clarity and collaboration
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and outdoor play
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the childcare area to uphold health and safety standards
- Support management in planning activities, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with regulations
Requirements
- Experience working with children in childcare settings or early childhood education environments
- Strong management and leadership skills to guide children and support team members
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of nursery practices, child development principles, and early childhood education standards
- Ability to work well within a team while demonstrating initiative and responsibility
- Passion for nurturing young minds and fostering positive learning experiences

Pay: £26,437.00-£33,280.00 per year
