Pay Rates
- Standard: £19.04 + £6.00
- Overtime 1 (OT1): £28.60
- Overtime 2 (OT2): £38.08
As a TICA registered contractor, we also offer the usual industry benefits, including lodge/radius and travel allowances, where applicable.
Working Hours
- Standard week of 38 hours
- Regular overtime available
- Current teams are working 60–70 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Install thermal insulation to ship bulkheads using Paroc marine board.
- Lag deckheads and ventilation trunking.
- Install engine exhaust and uptake insulation.
- Insulate pipework using phenolic foam sections.
- Install insulation to valves and flanges.
- Work safely in accordance with site procedures and quality standards.
Essential Requirements
- Valid Blue TICA Card (minimum requirement).
- NVQ qualification and/or completed Thermal Insulation apprenticeship.
- Ability to obtain security clearance.
- Previous experience working within the marine, industrial or heavy engineering sectors is advantageous.

- This is a PAYE position.
