We are looking to recruit a full-time permanent experienced Dairy engineer to join our team based at our purpose built dairy engineering depot in Longtown. The roles involve installation, service and repair of key brands of milking, cooling and associated equipment to our members and customers dairy farms across Cumbria and the Borders.
The successful candidate is required to have a full UK driving licence, ideally have agricultural experience and proven qualifications gained in dairy engineering, we require a team player, an ability to work on your own and willing to be part of an on call rota team. As a dairy engineer you will be required to have good farmer interpersonal and communication skills, be practical, well organised and dependable. We offer on-going training, support and are willing to train the right person to MEA and FGAS certification. Competitive salary, 25 days holiday and company van supplied.
