About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead financial operations and support the growth of our dynamic business. This role is ideal for a qualified professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the company’s overall financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with HMRC and all regulatory requirements, including VAT and payroll.

Lead and supervise the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all financial processes.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support senior management.

Implement and maintain robust financial controls and reporting systems.

Requirements

Professional Qualification: AAT, ACA, or ACCA (fully qualified).

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Proven experience in financial management or senior accounting roles.

Strong knowledge of UK financial regulations and tax compliance.

Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken) is essential.

Proficiency in Xero and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
