We’re Hiring: Recruitment Resourcer

Permanent, Full Time Hours

Hybrid with 3 days a week in our Manchester office

£25,500 upwards + up to £500 monthly bonus

Do you enjoy building relationships and thrive in a target driven environment? We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in placing Nurses into our NHS contracts.

Our services help people avoid hospital or accelerate them safely through it, with specialist support in their community or homes whenever needed.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Take a proactive, data‑led approach to candidate attraction, utilising AI‑enabled sourcing tools, headhunting techniques, job boards and targeted outreach to build a strong pipeline of Nurses.

• Conduct structured pre‑screen interviews to assess candidate suitability prior to compliance handover.

• Actively support the compliance team by guiding candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring documentation is submitted accurately and within the agreed timeframes.

• Attend daily operational meetings to provide clear updates on pipeline status, risks, and future workforce requirements.

Experience We’re Looking For

• Recruitment or sales experience.

• Experience delivering customer service over the phone.

• Experience using Microsoft Office packages.
