We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a strategic mindset, and a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, and collaborate across departments to achieve organisational objectives.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Manage and optimise digital campaigns across platforms such as social media channels, and email marketing.
• Oversee content creation, including copywriting for websites, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Lead project management efforts for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Analyse market trends and campaign performance metrics to inform future strategies and optimise ROI.
• Manage social media accounts, engaging with audiences to enhance brand presence.
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for internal stakeholders on campaign performance and market insights.
• Foster strong relationships with external partners and clients through effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in management roles within marketing or related fields.
• Fluent English and Chinese required (Chinese/Mandarin is a plus)
• organisational skills, and time management.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent copywriting skills tailored for diverse audiences across digital channels.
• Knowledge of social media management tools and B2B marketing strategies.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £43,000.00-£480,000.00 per year
